Scott Bird was raised in the Tri Cities and worked on a farm with his father until he turned 19. After finishing high school, he chose to embark on a two-year mission for his church in Germany. Upon his return, he enrolled at Ricks College, now known as BYUI, where he met his beloved Jody and they married in 1983.

We started our venture in January 2012. Currently, we receive between two and three service requests per day following a year and a half in operation. We aim for 5-6 calls a day or more. We are grateful for Craigslist as our main marketing tool, yet we're getting more referrals from past customers and have discovered alternative advertising methods. Things are looking bright!

Steve started in plumbing as a drain cleaning technician during the 1970s. For nearly four decades, Steve has advanced throughout the plumbing industry and achieved the designation of Master Journeyman in the 90s. A few years back, the economy faced challenges and concurrently, he became tired of working for someone else.
