Scott Bird was raised in the Tri Cities and worked on a farm with his father until he turned 19. After finishing high school, he chose to embark on a two-year mission for his church in Germany. Upon his return, he enrolled at Ricks College, now known as BYUI, where he met his beloved Jody and they married in 1983.

We started our venture in the first month of 2012. We typically get 2-3 calls daily since over 1.5 years. We aim for 5-6 calls a day and potentially more. Steve entered the plumbing field in the role of a drain cleaning specialist in the mid-70s. Throughout the last 38 years, Steve has advanced throughout the plumbing industry and attained the title of Master Journeyman Plumber in the 90s. A few years back, the economy took a downturn and concurrently, he became tired of working for another company. He made the decision to launch his own company and eventually build a more fulfilling career while guiding his son to pursue a similar career.
