Scott Bird spent his early years in the Tri Cities, working on a farm with his father until he reached 19. After finishing high school, he chose to embark on a two-year mission for his church in Germany. Upon his return, he enrolled at Ricks College, now known as BYUI, where he met his beloved Jody and they married in 1983.

We started our venture in January 2012. At present, we average 2-3 calls daily since over 1.5 years. We strive for around five to six service requests each day and potentially more. We are grateful for Craigslist as our main marketing tool, however we're getting more referrals from past customers and have discovered new marketing opportunities. Things are looking bright!

Steve began his career as a technician focused on drain cleaning in the mid-70s. Throughout the last 38 years, Steve has advanced in the industry and achieved the designation of Master Journeyman in the 90s. A few years back, the economy faced challenges and simultaneously, Steve grew weary of being employed by others.
