Bob Dolton established this company in 1965. In 1981, Bob transferred the company to a collective involved with Unique Indoor Comfort. In 1986, Unique developed by acquiring Hamilton Air Mart. Hamilton stayed a separate business until 1998, when it combined with the other business. In 2003, the business chose to affiliate with a franchise network and altered its brand.

In March 2012, Randy Kelley acquired the business. In March 2013, Randy acquired the assets of Avery Air, a firm in operation since 1957, from bankruptcy. In October 2013, he took over SA Specialties of Dallas.

The 10-year contract with the franchise network expired in January 2014, leading the firm to opt for a different path. On Time Experts was established at this time. This further enables the company to deliver additional home services in the future.

Randy was appointed Service Manager in 1988. In this role, he handled phone calls, scheduled service calls, allocated technicians, ordered parts and equipment, maintained inventory, processed daily paperwork, and updated Service Agreements.

Randy was elevated to President/General Manager in 1995. In this capacity, he oversaw daily operations, increasing the business from 10 employees to 30 when he acquired the company.

In March 2012, Randy acquired the company. In 2012 and 2013, Randy grew the business by more than 52% annually, now boasting over 80 team members.
