Bob Dolton launched this business in 1965. In 1981, Bob transferred the company to a group of investors linked with Unique Indoor Comfort. Hamilton Air Mart was acquired by Unique in 1986, enabling further growth. Hamilton functioned as a distinct entity until 1998, when the two firms merged. In 2003, the firm decided to join a franchising group and altered its brand.

In March 2012, Randy Kelley acquired the firm. In March 2013, Randy acquired the assets of Avery Air, a company in operation since 1957, from bankruptcy. In October 2013, he acquired SA Specialties of Dallas.

The 10-year agreement with the franchising group ended in January 2014, leading the firm to opt for a new path. On Time Experts came to be at this time. This further allows the business to offer additional home solutions in the future.

Randy began with the company, Bob Dolton/Unique Indoor Comfort, in 1986 as a component runner and supported in the administration. He rapidly advanced to a service technician and conducted installations.

In 1988, Randy took on the role of the Service Manager. In this capacity, he oversaw phone calls, scheduled service calls, allocated technicians, ordered parts and equipment, maintained inventory, handled daily paperwork, and renewed Service Agreements.

Randy advanced to President/General Manager in 1995. In this position, he oversaw daily operations, expanding the company from 10 employees to 30 by the time he acquired the firm.

Randy purchased the firm in March 2012. Randy increased the business by over 52% each year in 2012 and 2013, now having more than 80 team members.
