Bob Dolton established this company in 1965. In 1981, Bob handed over the business to a collective of individuals associated with Unique Indoor Comfort. Unique persisted to grow by acquiring Hamilton Air Mart in 1986. Hamilton worked as a separate firm until 1998, when the two companies merged. In 2003, the company chose to join a franchise network and altered its name.

In March 2012, Randy Kelley took over the company. In March 2013, Randy acquired the assets of Avery Air, a firm functioning since 1957, from financial distress. In October 2013, he purchased SA Specialties of Dallas.

In January 2014, the 10-year agreement with the franchise network concluded, prompting the firm to choose for a new approach. That's when On Time Experts was born. This further permits the business to provide different home services in the time ahead.

Randy advanced to President/General Manager in 1995. In this capacity, he directed daily operations, expanding the business from 10 employees to 30 when he purchased the business.

The company was acquired by Randy Kelley in March 2012. Randy increased the business by over 52% each year in 2012 and 2013, now having more than 80 team members.
