In 1995, Randy was promoted to President/General Manager. In this role, he directed daily operations, increasing the business from 10 employees to 30 by the time he took over the firm.

Randy acquired the company in March 2012. Randy increased the company by over 52% each year in 2012 and 2013, now employing more than 80 team members.
