I started my journey in 1983. In my 30 years of experience, I have acquired expertise in carpentry, drywall installation, pipe work, electrical systems, ceramic and vinyl tile, acoustical ceilings, deck construction, and fence building, along with wood and metal doors, and more.

For the past ten years, I served as a manager for a large-scale company, handling all administrative tasks. During this time, I gained understanding into the operational aspects of a company.

With my background in both the labor side and the business side, I realized to start my own business and restore high standards, honesty, trust, and value to the field.

I began my construction career on weekends, helping on roofs with my family. Upon finishing high school, I joined a commercial contractor as a helper, moving drywall.

Not long after, I found a position advertisement in the paper for carpenters, training provided. Although I was fine with carrying drywall, I sought to expand my knowledge in the building industry. So, I applied and secured the job. During my time at Elk Head Construction, I mastered framing walls, drywall installation, taping and finishing drywall, door installation, acoustical ceilings, and all aspects of carpentry.

Several years later, I opted to gain experience in something new, so I teamed up with an individual contractor installing ceramic and vinyl floor and wall tile. We also installed windows and vinyl siding on homes.
