Before acquiring the company, Tim had worked for William. In 2014, during the spring, Travis launched the We Do brand to branch into home enhancements. Travis has explored multiple areas of the building industry throughout the years, working for various firms, from fieldwork to positions at a large building supply retailer. He was born in the 70s, grew up in the 80s, and graduated from Holland Patent High School in 1992. He began his journey in the septic and sewer industry in 1988 alongside his father. Throughout the 90s and early 2000s, he held various positions in septic and sewer, landscaping, construction, remodeling, stove and fireplace maintenance, sales, installation, and retail. In 2007, he decided to pursue self-employment by establishing Wells Services, and he has been growing and developing from his past and present experiences ever since.
