Tim worked alongside William prior to buying the business. In the spring of 2014, Travis added the We Do brand to expand into the home improvement sector. Throughout his career, Travis has been involved in different segments of the construction field, working for several companies, from on-site work to roles at a prominent building supply retailer. Born in the 70s and raised in the 80s, he graduated from Holland Patent High School in 1992. He began his journey in the septic and sewer industry in 1988 alongside his father. During the 90s and early 2000s, he worked in diverse roles, including septic and sewer, landscaping, construction, remodeling, stove and fireplace upkeep, sales, installation, and retail. In 2007, he decided to pursue self-employment by establishing Wells Services, and he has been growing and developing from his past and present experiences ever since.
