Before acquiring the company, Tim had worked for William. In 2014, during the spring, Travis launched the We Do brand to branch into home enhancements. Travis has explored multiple areas of the building industry throughout the years, working for various firms, from fieldwork to positions at a large building supply retailer. He was born in the 70s, grew up in the 80s, and graduated from Holland Patent High School in 1992. He entered the septic and sewer industry in 1988, working with his father. In the 90s and early 2000s, he took on multiple jobs across septic and sewer, landscaping, construction, remodeling, stove and fireplace maintenance, sales, installation, and retail. In 2007, he opted to return to self-employment by starting Wells Services, and he continues to expand based on his previous and ongoing experiences.
