With over 30 years of experience, I am a state-licensed and insured master plumber specializing in a range of plumbing services. My specialties include sewer and drain cleaning, sewer repairs, sewer excavation and replacement, identifying sewer issues, water heaters, sump pumps, toilets, sinks, faucets, complete bathroom installations (including basements), storm drainage, catch basins, and a wide array of other plumbing challenges, all backed by 24/7 service. For common tasks like ceiling fan setups, door installations, and new plumbing fixtures, I usually apply a flat fee, particularly when the project is standard across homes or does not necessitate a visual inspection for bidding.

For smaller jobs like drywall fixes, furniture assembly, sticking doors, electrical troubleshooting, or any task where I can't predict the total time needed, I prefer to charge by the hour.

I charge $100 for the initial hour, which is my minimum fee, and $30 for each additional 30-minute increment.

I am open to starting any project on an hourly basis and can provide a flat fee once I assess it in person.

Larger renovation projects, such as kitchen, bath, deck, or basement remodels, require an on-site assessment before I can provide a quote.

Note that I require a $50 fee for this service due to increasing fuel costs, which will be refunded if you choose to hire me for the complete project or a substantial part of it.
