I am a master plumber, licensed and insured by the state, with more than 30 years of experience in plumbing. I typically charge a flat fee for most tasks like ceiling fan installations, door fittings, new plumbing fixtures, and other standard projects that are similar across homes or do not require an in-person assessment to provide a quote.

For smaller jobs like drywall fixes, furniture assembly, sticking doors, electrical troubleshooting, or any task where I can't predict the total time needed, I prefer to charge by the hour.

I charge $100 for the initial hour, which is my minimum fee, and $30 for each additional 30-minute increment.

I’m willing to start any project on an hourly basis and will provide a flat fee after seeing it in person.

Larger renovation projects, such as kitchen, bath, deck, or basement remodels, require an on-site assessment before I can provide a quote.

Please be aware that due to rising fuel costs, I charge a $50 fee for this service, which is refundable if you hire me for the entire project or a significant portion of it.
