I am a master plumber, licensed and insured by the state, with more than 30 years of experience in plumbing. I specialize in sewer and drain cleaning, sewer repairs, sewer excavation and replacement, sewer problem detection, water heaters, sump pumps, toilets, sinks, faucets, complete bathroom installations (including basements), storm drainage, catch basins, and most other plumbing issues, offering 24/7 service. We also offer discounts for senior citizens!

For common tasks like ceiling fan setups, door installations, and new plumbing fixtures, I usually apply a flat fee, particularly when the project is standard across homes or does not necessitate a visual inspection for bidding.

I opt for an hourly rate for smaller tasks such as drywall repairs, assembling furniture, fixing sticking doors, diagnosing electrical issues, or any project where the total time cannot be accurately estimated.

I charge $100 for the initial hour, which is my minimum fee, and $30 for each additional 30-minute increment.

I’m willing to start any project on an hourly basis and will provide a flat fee after seeing it in person.

Larger renovation projects, such as kitchen, bath, deck, or basement remodels, require an on-site assessment before I can provide a quote.

Please be aware that due to rising fuel costs, I charge a $50 fee for this service, which is refundable if you hire me for the entire project or a significant portion of it.
