As a state-licensed and insured master plumber, I bring over 30 years of expertise in various plumbing areas. My specialties include sewer and drain cleaning, sewer repairs, sewer excavation and replacement, identifying sewer issues, water heaters, sump pumps, toilets, sinks, faucets, complete bathroom installations (including basements), storm drainage, catch basins, and a wide array of other plumbing challenges, all backed by 24/7 service. I typically charge a flat fee for most tasks like ceiling fan installations, door fittings, new plumbing fixtures, and other standard projects that are similar across homes or do not require an in-person assessment to provide a quote.

For smaller jobs like drywall fixes, furniture assembly, sticking doors, electrical troubleshooting, or any task where I can't predict the total time needed, I prefer to charge by the hour.

My hourly charge is $100 for the first hour, which is my minimum, and then $30 for every additional half hour.

I am open to starting any project on an hourly basis and can provide a flat fee once I assess it in person.

For larger remodeling tasks like kitchens, bathrooms, decks, or basements, I need to visit the site before I can give an estimate.

Keep in mind that I charge a $50 fee for this service because of rising fuel costs, which is refundable if you decide to hire me for the full project or a considerable portion of it.
