Continuing his father's legacy, Joseph Glassman founded Glassman Climate Control in Russell, KS in 1980. In 1985, he took over his father's firm, integrated it into Glassman Climate Control and moved the operation from Russell to Hays. With the expansion of Glassman's mechanical and building services, the business was renamed Glassman Corporation in 1991.
