In 1971, they moved to their current address at 622 Topeka Street. In 1977, Steven Lewis, their son, entered the business as an HVAC technician. In 2008, Steven took over the business from his parents and renamed it Comfort Systems Inc. to highlight the focus on comfort and energy savings.
He is a licensed mechanical contractor and plumber in the State of Kansas. Steven is a certified home energy rater and has been affiliated with the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society since 1992. Steven is also NATE certified in air distribution and duct installation.
