Jason has been part of the family business since 1995. Following his graduation from Boise State University in 1999, he has dedicated himself to working full-time at Palmer Backflow.

Our company, Access Heating and Air Conditioning started in 1972 as a family-owned heating and air conditioning operation until Keith took over it in 1994. For the first 11 years, we focused on building projects until 2005, when Keith joined an organization called International Service Leaders; an association of contractors that meets quarterly to discuss best practices in the service industry.

Due to the unpredictability of the construction industry, Keith leveraged what he acquired from ISL and overhauled his approach entirely. The focus of the company changed to catering to homeowners directly. Aiming for client satisfaction, we grew our clientele from a few hundred to thousands.

Our owner, Keith Lithander was raised in a little town in the Midwest. During his youth, he spent a good part of his youth assisting with his parent renovating homes. With his father's patient guidance that he developed multiple crafts along with a strong work ethic.

In 1986, he graduated from a local college and subsequently complete a two-year program at an HVAC technical school.

After his training, in 1988, he legally began his journey in the HVAC industry. The first five years, he dedicated himself to installing and servicing. He quickly became a key employee and developed in all areas of the company. He found his niche in sales within homes and persisted in perfecting his abilities for two more years.

At the start of 1994, he grasped one of his dreams and took over Access Heating & Air Conditioning, a family-owned heating and air conditioning operation. Almost immediately applied his talents to develop the business. He has been guiding the crew at Access Heating and supporting the communities of Boise, Meridian, and the surrounding valley ever since.
