Since 1995, Jason has been involved in the family business. He graduated from Boise State University in 1999 and has been working full-time at Palmer Backflow since then.

In light of the volatility of the construction industry, Keith utilized what he learned from ISL and revamped his approach entirely. Keith Lithander spent his childhood in a little Midwest town. In his early years, he dedicated a large amount of time helping alongside his parent updating homes. Under his parent's careful mentorship that he learned several trades along with a robust sense of responsibility.

In 1986, Keith earned his degree from Emmaus Bible College and subsequently enroll in a two-year course at an HVAC technical college.

By 1988, he formally kicked off his HVAC career. The first five years, he spent his time in installing and servicing. In no time emerged as a crucial part of the team and developed in various aspects of the operation. He transitioned into sales within homes and kept perfecting his talents for an additional two years.

In the year 1994, Keith grasped one of his dreams and purchased Access Heating & Air Conditioning, a family-owned heating and cooling business. He quickly utilized his talents to expand the business. He remains at the helm of the team at Access Heating and supporting the residents of Boise, Meridian, and the valley ever since.
