Keith Lithander was raised in a small community in Illinois. In his early years, he spent a good amount of time assisting alongside his father updating houses. It was through his parent's patient guidance that he learned various skills along with a robust sense of responsibility.

In 1986, Keith completed his studies from Emmaus Bible College and then finish a two-year course at an HVAC technical school.

By 1988, Keith legally began his career in HVAC. In the first five years, he dedicated himself to installing and servicing. He quickly became a crucial part of the team and developed in multiple facets of the operation. He transitioned into sales within homes and kept refining his skills for two more years.

In the year 1994, Keith grasped one of his dreams and acquired Access Heating & Air Conditioning, a family-owned heating and air conditioning operation. He quickly applied his expertise to expand the operation. Keith continues to be leading the team at Access Heating and caring for Boise, Meridian, and the valley ever since.
