Jason joined the family business in 1995. After graduating from Boise State University in 1999, he has worked full-time at Palmer Backflow.

In light of the instability of the construction industry, Keith leveraged what he learned from ISL and transformed his approach entirely. Our focus shifted to supporting the local community directly. Keith spent his childhood in a small community in Illinois. As a child, he spent a good part of his youth helping under the guidance of his parent renovating houses. With his parent's careful instruction that he developed various trades along with a robust sense of responsibility.

In 1986, he graduated from a local college and then enroll in a two-year training at an HVAC technical college.

By 1988, Keith legally kicked off his HVAC career. During the initial five years, he dedicated himself to installation and service. In no time established himself as a crucial part of the team and developed in all areas of the business. He moved into home sales and continued to perfecting his abilities for two more years.

At the start of 1994, he seized one of his goals and purchased Access Heating & Air Conditioning, a small heating and cooling business. Almost immediately applied his skills to grow the company. He has been at the helm of the team at Access Heating and supporting the residents of Boise, Meridian, and the valley ever since.
