Keith Lithander was raised in a quiet community in Illinois. During his youth, he spent a good portion of his time working with his Dad updating properties. It was through his Dad's careful instruction that he acquired several trades along with a strong sense of responsibility.

After high school, in 1986, Keith earned his degree from Emmaus Bible College and subsequently enroll in a two-year course at an HVAC technical school.

After his training, in 1988, Keith officially started his journey in the HVAC industry. The first five years, he focused on the installation and maintenance of systems. Before long emerged as a valuable team member and developed in various aspects of the company. He transitioned into home sales and persisted in refining his abilities for two more years.

In 1994, Keith took hold of one of his aspirations and took over Access Heating & Air Conditioning, a local HVAC company. Soon after utilized his expertise to grow the operation. Keith remains leading the team at Access Heating and supporting the residents of Boise, Meridian, and the valley ever since.
