Our owner, Keith Lithander was raised in a small town in the Midwest. As a child, he spent a significant part of his youth helping with his father updating properties. Under his father's patient mentorship that he developed multiple trades along with a robust commitment to hard work.

Upon graduating in 1986, Keith completed his studies from a local college and subsequently enroll in a two-year training at an HVAC technical school.

By 1988, Keith legally kicked off his career in HVAC. During the initial five years, he dedicated himself to the installation and maintenance of systems. Before long emerged as a valuable team member and developed in all areas of the business. He found his niche in home sales and kept refining his abilities for another two years.

In the year 1994, he took hold of one of his dreams and took over Access Heating & Air Conditioning, a family-owned HVAC company. He quickly utilized his expertise to grow the company. Keith has been guiding the team at Access Heating and supporting Boise, Meridian, and the valley ever since.
