Once he completed his Economics degree at the University of Georgia, Chris rejoined the plumbing field as a service manager for a Marietta, GA plumbing company. There, he gained the trade knowledge and business acumen necessary to operate his own company. Chris is a licensed Class II Master Plumber and holds a State of Georgia certification in septic pumping, drain field installation, and a Level 1A certification for soil and erosion control.

A graduate of the University of Georgia, he has a broad background in business and marketing. He began using his skills while operating a marina for many seasons. He has taken everything he has learned over the years into Tyler's Toolbox.

The owner, Tyler Dodd is a native of Atlanta, GA, and makes his home in the Marietta/Smyrna area. He is the owner of Tyler's Toolbox, which provides appliance installation services for both residential and business properties. Tyler acquired most of his extensive skill set while running a marina with several rental cabins in Kentucky. He notes that he ""learned more than he ever thought he needed to about plumbing and electrical"" while managing the marina. Currently, he is using everything he has learned into his company, which he founded in 2014. Tyler is also University of Georgia graduate, holding a B.S. degree in Industrial Psychology. Outside of work, he enjoys music, rock concerts, and playing the guitar. Though he doesn't consider himself ""obsessed"" with the Atlanta Braves and the Georgia Bulldogs, he enjoys them just as much as his wife.
