Wayne Orr, Doug's son, has been involved in the plumbing industry since childhood. Following high school, Wayne pursued both college education and a Plumber Apprenticeship program. Once he graduated, Wayne took on the role of foreman, leading many major construction projects in Miami. Eventually, he moved to the office as an Estimator/Vice President, taking over the company in 2002.

Since 1986, Kevin Berounsky has been involved in the plumbing business as Vice-President and Owner. Following his graduation from Clemson University in 1994, Kevin began working for Ferguson Enterprises in Atlanta. In 1999, he returned to Miami to assist in managing the family business. Today, Douglas Orr Plumbing stands as one of the largest plumbing companies in Florida.
