Growing up in the plumbing business, Wayne Orr is Doug's son. Following high school, Wayne pursued both college education and a Plumber Apprenticeship program. Once he graduated, Wayne took on the role of foreman, leading many major construction projects in Miami. He later shifted to the office, becoming an Estimator/Vice President, and assumed control of the company in 2002.

Kevin Berounsky, the Vice-President and Owner, has been in the plumbing industry since 1986. After completing his studies at Clemson University in 1994, Kevin started his career at Ferguson Enterprises in Atlanta. In 1999, he returned to Miami to assist in managing the family business.
