Upon graduation, Wayne served as a foreman within the company, overseeing numerous large construction projects in Miami. Eventually, he moved to the office as an Estimator/Vice President, taking over the company in 2002.

Since 1986, Kevin Berounsky has been involved in the plumbing business as Vice-President and Owner. Following his graduation from Clemson University in 1994, Kevin began working for Ferguson Enterprises in Atlanta. In 1999, he came back to Miami to help run the family business.
