In the year 1995, Mr. Stokes handed over the business to his daughter, Susan, who had been part of the team since the early 80s. Beginning her career as the front desk staff, Susan worked her way up to the bookkeeper, chief estimator, Vice President, and now is the President and CEO. Susan earned the state air conditioning license in 1989 and the plumbing license two years later, establishing herself as the first female mechanical contractor in the county. She has received numerous awards for her achievements as a female-owned business leader and serving actively on the State of Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board between 1997 and 2002.
