In 1995, Sonny handed over the business to Susan, his daughter, who had officially worked at the company since 1983. Initially working as the receptionist, she advanced her career becoming the bookkeeper, chief estimator, VP, and today is the President and CEO. Susan received a state license for air conditioning back in 1989 as well as her plumbing license two years later, making her the first the first female mechanical contractor in Palm Beach. She has received many accolades for her accomplishments as a female-owned business leader while also serving actively on the State of Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board for five years from 1997 to 2002.
