Beginning her career as a receptionist, Susan progressed through the ranks to the financial manager, lead estimator, Vice President, and now President/CEO. Susan received the state air conditioning license in 1989 as well as a plumbing license in 1992, establishing herself as the first female mechanical contractor in Palm Beach. Susan has received many accolades for her achievements as a female-owned business leader and serving as a member of the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board from 1997 to 2002.
