During 1995, Sonny passed the leadership to his daughter, Susan, who had been part of the team since the early 80s. Beginning her career as the receptionist, she advanced her career to the financial manager, chief estimator, Vice President, and today serves as President and CEO. She obtained her air conditioning license back in 1989 and her plumbing license in 1992, establishing herself as the only female mechanical contractor in Palm Beach County. She garnered numerous awards for her success as a female-owned business leader and serving on the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board between 1997 and 2002.
