During 1995, Sonny passed the leadership to Susan, his daughter, who had been part of the team since 1983. Initially working as a receptionist, she progressed through the ranks to the bookkeeper, lead estimator, Vice President, and today serves as President and CEO. She received the state air conditioning license in 1989 and a plumbing license two years later, establishing herself as the only female mechanical contractor in the county. She earned many accolades for her achievements as a female-owned business leader and serving as a member of the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board from 1997 to 2002.
