Our company grew influence throughout South Florida, gaining recognition as a prominent name for building multi-family housing, medical and research buildings, government facilities, and private commercial complexes. While we expanded in the construction industry, we recognized the demand for a dedicated service division was clear. Starting with repairs for the properties we built, our service department expanded significantly. In the year 1995, Sonny passed the leadership to Susan, his daughter, who had officially worked at the company since 1983. Initially working as the front desk staff, Susan advanced her career becoming bookkeeper, lead estimator, VP, and now serves as President and CEO. Susan received the state air conditioning license in 1989 and a plumbing license two years later, making her the first the first female mechanical contractor in Palm Beach. She garnered numerous awards for her achievements as a leader of a woman-owned business and serving on the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board from 1997 to 2002.
