Despite a significant downturn in 2009, PRO-TEC Plumbing persisted; year after year, we expanded our capabilities by bringing on new employees, vehicles, and resources to the company.

Having consistently grown over the years, PRO-TEC Plumbing, Inc. has evolved -- we are now a full-service water system organization. What originated as a one-man operation is now a thriving company with more than 50 staff.

Brothers Richard (Rick) and Brandon Hume were born in Plymouth, where they lived until the early 2000s.

Brandon relocated to Florida in 2004 to enroll in Florida Gulf Coast University, where he played golf and studied finance. Meanwhile, Rick cultivated a passion for plumbing; he earned his license as a Master Plumber in 2008 and launched what would evolve into PRO-TEC Plumbing, Inc.

After completing his studies, Brandon contributed in digging Rick's first house project in 2009. He opted to join his brother full-time as the company's vice president in 2011, running the office side of the business.

The two have grown PRO-TEC Plumbing, Inc. from a small operation into a bustling full-service company. But their ideology remains the same: provide top-quality customer service and achieve results they would want in their own homes.
