Brothers Richard (Rick) and Brandon Hume were raised in Plymouth, where they grew up until the early 2000s.

Brandon transferred to Florida in 2004 to study at Florida Gulf Coast University, where he competed in golf and focused on finance. Meanwhile, Rick developed a dedication for plumbing; he became his license as a Master Plumber in 2008 and launched what would evolve into PRO-TEC Plumbing, Inc.

After completing his studies, Brandon assisted in excavating Rick's first home project in the year 2009. He opted to team up with his brother for good as the company's second-in-command in 2011, running the business side of the business.

The two have transformed PRO-TEC Plumbing, Inc. from a tiny operation into a bustling full-service company. But their principles remains the same: deliver exceptional customer service and generate results they would desire in their own homes.
