I founded Mike Phillips Enterprises as a lift station service in 1994. I devoted several years to learning and studied for my advanced plumbing license. In the summer of 2011, I obtained my Florida plumbing certification and launched complete plumbing solutions. I entered life in 1965 in Clarion, PA to my parents, Waine and Bertha. I shifted to Ft. Wayne when I was two. I graduated from Wayne High School, class of 1984. I tied the knot with my high school sweetheart, Diane (Schepper) Phillips in 1983; we have shared 29 years of marriage. Our daughter Ashley, who is 28, has a husband and works as an assistant in orthodontics. We also have a son, Tyler, who is 18.
