I established Mike Phillips Enterprises initially as a lift station company in 1994. I devoted several years to learning and trained for my Master's Plumbing License. In the summer of 2011, I achieved my state plumbing license and started full-service plumbing. I entered life in 1965 in Clarion, PA to my parents, Waine and Bertha. I moved to Ft. Wayne when I was two. I graduated from Wayne High School, class of 1984. I tied the knot with my high school sweetheart, Diane (Schepper) Phillips in 1983; we have been married. Our daughter Ashley, who is 28, has a husband and works as an orthodontic dental assistant. We have been gifted with a son, Tyler, age 18.
