I came into this world in 1965 in Clarion, Pennsylvania, USA to Waine and Bertha Phillips. I relocated to Ft. Wayne when I was two years old. I graduated from Wayne High School, where I completed my studies in 1984. I tied the knot with my high school sweetheart, Diane Schepper in 1983; we've been together. Our daughter Ashley, age 28, has a husband and works as an orthodontic dental assistant. We also have a son, who is Tyler, who is 18.
