After five years of effort, I transformed our operation from one van and a pump truck to three vans, two pump trucks, and sufficient equipment to support them. My experience ranges from managing just myself to having seven employees working simultaneously. Over the past 15 years of running the business, I have realized that I prefer to keep our company small and family-oriented. This strategy enables me to build closer relationships with our customers and my team, maintaining high standards of work along with strong ethics.
