In five years of hard work, I expanded from one van and a pump truck to three vans, two pump trucks, and enough equipment to fill them. I have managed anywhere from just myself to seven employees at one time. Over the past 15 years of running the business, I have realized that I prefer to keep our company small and family-oriented. This approach allows me to foster a more personal relationship with our customers and my team, ensuring high work standards with strong morals and principles.
