Spencer Keenan earned his degree in Industrial Design from San Francisco State. The program provided him with the skills to transform concepts into completed projects and to address issues that come up along the way. These abilities, combined with the allure of California's central coast and his passion for creation, led him to pursue green building in Santa Cruz.

Co-owner Taylor, raised on Kauai, has always had a strong interest in construction. At the age of 8, he built his first structure, a tree fort made from reclaimed wood, featuring a drawbridge, bedroom, screened porch, and garage. Following his graduation from UCSC with a politics degree, Taylor pursued his building interests by working for a general contractor in Santa Cruz. He became increasingly inspired and motivated by green building practices. Currently, as a Certified Green Building Professional, Taylor applies his expertise to every project we undertake.
