Spencer Keenan graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Industrial Design. Taylor, co-owner, grew up on Kauai and has had a lifelong passion for building. When he was just 8, he constructed his first building, a tree fort crafted from salvaged wood, complete with a drawbridge, bedroom, screened porch, and garage. After earning a politics degree from UCSC, Taylor furthered his building interests by working with a general contractor in Santa Cruz. He found himself increasingly inspired and driven by the principles of green building. Currently, as a Certified Green Building Professional, Taylor applies his expertise to every project we undertake.
