Graduating Magna Cum Laude from Texas A & M University, Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science. Bill spent two years as a Project Manager at Brandt Engineering Co., Inc., a major commercial HVAC and plumbing contractor in Dallas, Texas. In 1998, Bill joined Benicia Plumbing, Inc., and has been a part of the team ever since. He holds a California Contractor’s License with C-36 Plumbing and C-20 HVAC specialties and is an EPA Certified “Universal” refrigerant technician.

In his free time, Bill cherishes moments with his wife and four children, serves in his church, and enjoys shooting sports whenever he has the chance.
