William J. Cawley, III (Bill) is the President of Benicia Plumbing, Inc., overseeing new construction estimates and all company operations. Bill earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A & M University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He worked for two years as a Project Manager at Brandt Engineering Co., Inc., a prominent commercial HVAC and plumbing contractor in Dallas, Texas. In 1998, Bill joined Benicia Plumbing, Inc., and has been a part of the team ever since. He holds a California Contractor’s License with C-36 Plumbing and C-20 HVAC specialties and is an EPA Certified “Universal” refrigerant technician.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys spending quality time with his wife and four children, serving in his church, and engaging in shooting sports when possible.
