Spencer Keenan holds a degree in Industrial Design from San Francisco State University. His education equipped him to take designs from concept to completion and to devise solutions for challenges that arise during the process. His talents, paired with the charm of California's central coast and his enthusiasm for creation, motivated him to engage in green building in Santa Cruz.

Taylor, co-owner, grew up on Kauai and has had a lifelong passion for building. At the age of 8, he built his first structure, a tree fort made from reclaimed wood, featuring a drawbridge, bedroom, screened porch, and garage. Following his graduation from UCSC with a politics degree, Taylor pursued his building interests by working for a general contractor in Santa Cruz. He found himself increasingly inspired and driven by the principles of green building. Now, as a Certified Green Building Professional, Taylor incorporates his knowledge and skills into all our projects.
