Co-owner Taylor hails from the island of Kauai and has always been passionate about construction. At the age of 8, he built his first structure, a tree fort made from reclaimed wood, featuring a drawbridge, bedroom, screened porch, and garage. After earning a politics degree from UCSC, Taylor furthered his building interests by working with a general contractor in Santa Cruz. He became increasingly inspired and motivated by green building practices. Now, as a Certified Green Building Professional, Taylor incorporates his knowledge and skills into all our projects.
