Spencer Keenan holds a degree in Industrial Design from San Francisco State University. His studies gave him the ability to bring designs to fruition and to solve problems encountered throughout the process. Co-owner Taylor, raised on Kauai, has always had a strong interest in construction. At the age of 8, he built his first structure, a tree fort made from reclaimed wood, featuring a drawbridge, bedroom, screened porch, and garage. Following his graduation from UCSC with a politics degree, Taylor pursued his building interests by working for a general contractor in Santa Cruz. He became increasingly inspired and motivated by green building practices. Now, as a Certified Green Building Professional, Taylor incorporates his knowledge and skills into all our projects.
