Spencer Keenan holds a degree in Industrial Design from San Francisco State University. His studies gave him the ability to bring designs to fruition and to solve problems encountered throughout the process. Taylor, co-owner, grew up on Kauai and has had a lifelong passion for building. When he was just 8, he constructed his first building, a tree fort crafted from salvaged wood, complete with a drawbridge, bedroom, screened porch, and garage. After graduating from UCSC with a degree in politics, Taylor continued to explore his building interests by working under a general contractor in Santa Cruz. He became increasingly inspired and motivated by green building practices. Currently, as a Certified Green Building Professional, Taylor applies his expertise to every project we undertake.
