Spencer Keenan earned his degree in Industrial Design from San Francisco State. His studies gave him the ability to bring designs to fruition and to solve problems encountered throughout the process. His talents, paired with the charm of California's central coast and his enthusiasm for creation, motivated him to engage in green building in Santa Cruz.

Co-owner Taylor, raised on Kauai, has always had a strong interest in construction. At the age of 8, he built his first structure, a tree fort made from reclaimed wood, featuring a drawbridge, bedroom, screened porch, and garage. After earning a politics degree from UCSC, Taylor furthered his building interests by working with a general contractor in Santa Cruz. He became increasingly inspired and motivated by green building practices. Currently, as a Certified Green Building Professional, Taylor applies his expertise to every project we undertake.
