Spencer Keenan earned his degree in Industrial Design from San Francisco State. His education equipped him to take designs from concept to completion and to devise solutions for challenges that arise during the process. His talents, paired with the charm of California's central coast and his enthusiasm for creation, motivated him to engage in green building in Santa Cruz.

Taylor, co-owner, grew up on Kauai and has had a lifelong passion for building. At the age of 8, he built his first structure, a tree fort made from reclaimed wood, featuring a drawbridge, bedroom, screened porch, and garage. After graduating from UCSC with a degree in politics, Taylor continued to explore his building interests by working under a general contractor in Santa Cruz. He became increasingly inspired and motivated by green building practices. As a Certified Green Building Professional, Taylor now integrates his knowledge and experience into all our projects.
