Spencer Keenan holds a degree in Industrial Design from San Francisco State University. His education equipped him to take designs from concept to completion and to devise solutions for challenges that arise during the process. Co-owner Taylor, raised on Kauai, has always had a strong interest in construction. When he was just 8, he constructed his first building, a tree fort crafted from salvaged wood, complete with a drawbridge, bedroom, screened porch, and garage. Following his graduation from UCSC with a politics degree, Taylor pursued his building interests by working for a general contractor in Santa Cruz. He became increasingly inspired and motivated by green building practices. As a Certified Green Building Professional, Taylor now integrates his knowledge and experience into all our projects.
