Spencer Keenan graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Industrial Design. His studies gave him the ability to bring designs to fruition and to solve problems encountered throughout the process. These abilities, combined with the allure of California's central coast and his passion for creation, led him to pursue green building in Santa Cruz.

Co-owner Taylor, raised on Kauai, has always had a strong interest in construction. At 8 years old, he created his first project, a tree fort built from salvaged materials, which included a drawbridge, bedroom, screened porch, and garage. After graduating from UCSC with a degree in politics, Taylor continued to explore his building interests by working under a general contractor in Santa Cruz. His passion for green building grew stronger and more motivating. Now, as a Certified Green Building Professional, Taylor incorporates his knowledge and skills into all our projects.
