The program provided him with the skills to transform concepts into completed projects and to address issues that come up along the way. Co-owner Taylor, raised on Kauai, has always had a strong interest in construction. At 8 years old, he created his first project, a tree fort built from salvaged materials, which included a drawbridge, bedroom, screened porch, and garage. Following his graduation from UCSC with a politics degree, Taylor pursued his building interests by working for a general contractor in Santa Cruz. His passion for green building grew stronger and more motivating. Currently, as a Certified Green Building Professional, Taylor applies his expertise to every project we undertake.
