Spencer Keenan holds a degree in Industrial Design from San Francisco State University. His studies gave him the ability to bring designs to fruition and to solve problems encountered throughout the process. These skills, along with the beauty of California's central coast and his desire to create, inspired him to enter the field of green building in Santa Cruz.

Co-owner Taylor hails from the island of Kauai and has always been passionate about construction. When he was just 8, he constructed his first building, a tree fort crafted from salvaged wood, complete with a drawbridge, bedroom, screened porch, and garage. After graduating from UCSC with a degree in politics, Taylor continued to explore his building interests by working under a general contractor in Santa Cruz. He became increasingly inspired and motivated by green building practices. As a Certified Green Building Professional, Taylor now integrates his knowledge and experience into all our projects.
