Spencer Keenan holds a degree in Industrial Design from San Francisco State University. His studies gave him the ability to bring designs to fruition and to solve problems encountered throughout the process. These skills, along with the beauty of California's central coast and his desire to create, inspired him to enter the field of green building in Santa Cruz.

Taylor, co-owner, grew up on Kauai and has had a lifelong passion for building. At the age of 8, he built his first structure, a tree fort made from reclaimed wood, featuring a drawbridge, bedroom, screened porch, and garage. After graduating from UCSC with a degree in politics, Taylor continued to explore his building interests by working under a general contractor in Santa Cruz. His passion for green building grew stronger and more motivating. As a Certified Green Building Professional, Taylor now integrates his knowledge and experience into all our projects.
